Fair Play Rules

1. Play it yourself. Lumora is meant to be played by a person, by hand, in a browser. Scripts, bots, macros, auto-clickers, modified clients and anything else that plays for you are not allowed, whether they play all day or just handle the boring parts.
2. Don't go through the back door. The game is the game. Calling the servers directly, replaying requests, editing what your browser sends, or reaching parts of the map and the economy that aren't open yet all count as breaking in, whether or not it “worked”.
3. One farmer, one pair of hands. Extra accounts that exist to feed a main account, claim rewards twice, or work around limits are treated as one operation. If several accounts are clearly run by one person, everything they hold may be treated as that one person's.
4. Report holes, don't mine them. If something pays more than it should, or lets you do something the game obviously didn't intend, tell us. People who report a serious problem are looked after. People who quietly farm one are not.
5. The counter has limits. The trading post, the counters and the payouts all have limits designed to keep the economy alive for everyone. Playing around a limit is treated the same as breaking it.
6. Trading is between players, not with yourself. Trading, gifting and the land market are for real exchanges between real players. Moving goods or florins through accounts you control, or through an agreed ring, to dodge a limit or to inflate a position, is not a trade.
7. Earnings are earned. GLD and LUMI represent time played, not requests sent. Balances built by anything in these rules can be frozen, reversed or removed, before or after they're claimed.
8. We can take a closer look at any account. We check play patterns, timing and connections. What we look at and how we weigh it is our business. An account can be held while we look, which pauses payouts but not play.
9. What happens when you break these rules. Depending on what we find: a hold on payouts, a reversal of what was gained, a suspension, or removal from the leaderboards, season rewards and any future drops. Balances on a suspended account are forfeited. Serious or repeated cases get no warning.
10. Judgement calls are ours. These rules cover the spirit of fair play, not every possible trick. If something clearly isn't in that spirit, we'll treat it that way even if it isn't written here. Think we got it wrong? Send us a DM on X and we'll look again.
